Summer's here!!!!

Cum folders, checklist, end of the year stuff  is all behind me now!!!!  Now time to sleep in late, watch lifetime, and sip sweet tea!!! At least for a while :) I have actually started some literacy centers for next year so when the time comes I will be able to go with the flow!! ( I know.... very nerdy of me!!)  Well... it is off to bed!  P.S= excuse any errors... blame it on the summer!!!!

Field day and Awards day excitement!

Whewww!!! Tomorrow is our last day of school!  I don't who's happier me or the kiddos.  This year has been an awesome year!  I will be sad to see my babies go!! Field day was on Tuesday.   The weather was perfect and the students had a blast!  I had way to much fun in wet musical chairs!  Today was awards day.  I wanted to think of something special for each of my kiddos and they absolutely loved their awards.  Well off to sleep for the season finale tomorrow.  Be blessed!

End of the year Activities

Happy Friday!!!!  Today my kiddo's worked very hard to create acrostic poems.  The students came up with a bazillion words that could be used describe them!!  We also made the cutest little multiplication stories. We have been working on arrays and multiplying in any order. So the kiddos came up with a strange human or animal from a magazine and multiplied the number or legs, arms, ears, etc!  Pics are coming soon.  If you would like a template of the multiplication story template, you may download below.

Hello World!!

I am oh so new to the blogging world, but I am sure that we all were at some point in our little blogging lives!!!  Only 5 days left of the school year for the students!!! ( contain self!!!)  The year was fabulous and  very productive and insightful.  This week for the end of the year, we are discussing biographies of famous Americans from across the country from every walk of life.  My kiddos interviewed another student in return to write a biography.  I will post pictures of their work soon.  You can grab a template that I created t if you would like.  Okay off to bed!
